1. Apply an appropriate amount evenly from the front of the lash line to the entire lower lash line and the under-eye area.
2. For a more defined look, let it set and then reapply 2-3 times.
3. For a curling effect, allow it to dry for about 1 minute and then use an eyelash curler.
